Carolina Elite History

The Carolina Elite Fastpitch Organization was founded in 2008 by Bryan Pack, and today the is one of the strongest and most decorated Fastpitch Softball Clubs in the Carolinas, as well as the Southeast Region. 

In the Fall of 2016, the Carolina Elite - Pack Organization merged with one of the rising stars among North Carolina, the Lady Tigers and founder Dave Maddaluna.  As of 2018, Coach Pack has since stepped away from travel softball to focus on his family his career at USC Upstate.

In our 10+ years, our teams have won State and National Championships in ASA, PGF, NSA and multiple other sanctions. We have earned multiple berths to compete for  ASA, PGF, USSSA and other National Championships, and we have help place over 130 players in college programs. 

The goal of the Carolina Elite Organization is to provide a quality, supportive environment for young ladies to pursue their dream of academic excellence and playing college softball.  Since 2008, the Carolina Elite Organization has pursued a competitive level of play and have proven their ability to compete at the highest level of amateur softball.

The Carolina Elite teams are welcomed at most major showcase events in the country and have been invited across the USA to play in invitational tournaments.  Colleges that Carolina Elite players have committed to, or have had Carolina Elite players, include, but are not limited to;   Alabama, University of South Carolina, USC Upstate, Appalachian State, Western Carolina, Charleston Southern,  Coastal Carolina, College of Charleston, Furman, Gardner-Webb, James Madison University, Belmont Abbey, Lees McRae, Tusculum, Limestone, Erskine, Coker, and many more.
